Also what I love about this is how there are so many option for carbs, or if you are NOT doing carbs there are some great options as well.
Fancy Tuna Fish
1 Can - Tuna or Albacore in Water (must be less than 280 mg of sodium / lower sodium is better)
***(King of Kings Favorite is Starkist No Salt Added Albacore in Water - 65 mg of sodium)
2 ounces avocado
1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar (to give that pickle flavor)
Diced Onion
Diced Celery
Optional Items:
Boiled egg
ONE serving of Miracle Whip or Avocado Oil Mayo
