Who would have thought we would already be in June and we are on the 10th which is celebrating this fun day! We are constantly being asked on what to season our foods with and you have some items listed in your google sheets document which have the do's and do not's of the approved spices. In honor of today we would like to take that one step further and give you a list of some spices you should try. Keep in mind fresh is always a good option. Often times people are not comfortable with fresh herbs and spices, and just do not use them for lack of familiarity and what to use them with. We would like to challenge you to get out of your comfort zone!!! Purchase a fresh herb or spice and incorporate it in your weekly plan this week. For some of you this might be going to the grocery store, a local farmers market, or cutting some from your backyard.
